How does template updates works on Bubble.io?

Before we move forward, there are some things I would like to make you aware of in regards to template updates in the Bubble platform. If you're familiar with WordPress, that CMS allows theme and plugin developers to push updates for their themes over the air. This means you just have to click the update button and you get all new features and bugs patches without having to do additional work. As of today, October 7, 2022, updates for Bubble templates doesn't work that way. All template updates requires the end user to either copy and paste them from an updated installation or to be recreated manually. Unfortunately, there's no easy way for us to automatically update your sites when we publish a template update, new features or bug fixes.
